Teaching Experience
I have several years of teaching experience at Georgia Tech, both as an instructor of record and as a teaching assistant. I independently taught ECON 2105: Principles of Macroeconomics where I designed and taught the course over two semesters, developing the full curriculum, creating and administering all assignments and exams, and managing all aspects of instruction. I also co-taught ECON 2102: The Global Economy, contributing to course design and instruction. I have worked as a teaching assistant for several courses, including SAS Base Programming, Principles of Microeconomics, The Economics of Climate Change, and Microeconomic Theory II. These roles have involved leading practice sessions, holding office hours, grading, and providing individual academic support to students.
To further strengthen my teaching skills, I completed the Tech to Teaching certificate program, focused on evidence-based pedagogy and course design. More information here. I was selected as a Graduate Teaching Fellow with Georgia Tech’s Center for Teaching and Learning, where I lead seminars and support professional development for fellow graduate instructors since 2023. These experiences have prepared me to teach independently and effectively in a range of instructional settings.
